Welcome/Schedule

 

Sessions are scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday 

 

There are always some outlaw sessions available in addition to the scheduled sessions.

We’ll have many of our existing railroads, all of which have been updated/improved/grown since Desert Ops 2024 and at least two new ones, possibly a third. Ops in Phoenix is always a good time!

Registration will open on August 1, 2026 at high noon, AZ time. We will send out reminder emails prior to the opening of registration so you can be assured you’ll have plenty of notice and opportunity to register. 

We are in the process of updating the Desert Ops website and will advise you once that is complete. Please don’t expect any update before the end of May regarding the website…and that may lapse into June.  The hotel will be the Embassy Suites in Tempe. However, the information is not on the website yet. Another update will be sent once the website updates are complete.

Desert Ops is an open event, no invitation is required to participate. If you know folks who would like to attend Desert Ops 2026, please feel free to forward this email. A quick email to Rick spladivision@gmail.com requesting to be added to the notification list will suffice. If you’ve received this email directly, you’re already on the list. If you would like to be removed from future Desert Ops 2026 communications, please let Rick know spladivision@gmail.com
